Plant Floor

Engineering
Our engineering department uses 3D modeling systems such as SolidWorks and Pro-E to create drawings from our customerÕs specifications. We also offer design assistance to produce the most effective configurations, often resulting in significant cost reductions.
Fabrication
Experience, know-how, and Clark MetalÕs stable work force all help produce high-quality custom sheet metal fabrication at very competitive prices.
Laser Cutting
Cost-effective performance, extreme accuracy, and the elimination of hard tooling make our expanded laser area a plus in Clark Metal's fabrication process.
Laser / Punch Technology
Our laser / punch technology combines the benefits of punching and laser cutting in one machine. Standard shapes, such as square or round holes, are punched with a single stroke.
Welding and Secondary Operations
Our skilled staff of welders use MIG and TIG welding on cold-rolled steel, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel. Our welders are certified to various AWS welding specifications.
Metal Finishing
We offer compliant coatings in our newly expanded powder coating department as well as conventional spray finishes.
Screen Printing
Our graphics department is second-to-none when it comes to solving your product identification needs. We can do large, bold logos or tiny, intricate product notes and instructions.
Assembly
We have been asked to do a wide array of assembly tasks over the years. Whether it is basic hardware or more complex mechanical assembly, we have experienced assemblers who can save you time and money.
